Why should I use Horslyx if my compound feed contains vitamins, minerals and trace elements?

Horslyx contains a high quality composition of vitamins, minerals and trace elements designed to compensate for nutrient deficits in feed and pasture and provide a more natural, dribble fed supplement.

Does Horslyx contain molasses?

Yes! Horslyx is made on a molasses basis. This makes the licking compound very tasty, even for the pickiest eaters!

I thought molasses was bad for my horse?

No! Molasses is natural raw sugar. As it is the same type of sugar found in grass and hay, your horse can digest them efficiently.

How much sugar does Horslyx contain?

Horslyx contains 33% sugar and if you feed a 500 kg horse the recommended daily amount of 250 g, only 82.5 g of sugar will be added to its diet in a period of one day.

I thought the sugar in Horslyx makes my horse more "restless"?

No, all horslyx fed horses spray with health. They have a shiny, radiant coat and shiny eyes, but do not receive excess energy from the product.
