Amazing speaker for both karaoke and home theater. My friend purchased just 1 for karaoke and it already sound amazing. So I decided to purchase 2 of these plus the Sub 2. Wow!! Yeah! This what I've looked for. This speaker ir rock solid constructed, performs in any area that I needed. Portable, sounds round, warm, full. Blends bass and the other frequencies perfect. It's so powerful, inside you couldn't use at more than 1/4 power: I found very useful the package.. Better than the others than you know, J.. etc. I don't use but it has mixer; 3 inputs 2 for instruments; mic; etc... Absolutely no need for subwoofer in case of domestic use, when you crank it up the bass shakes everything. Outdoors performs like indoors. This thing is great. The only thing to take into account is that if you will go tu use in battery only, the charge is about 4 hours not 11 like the manual saids. In my case I used to play indoor so it's not an issue... Can't recommend more this thing! The app works very well too, some typical issues every now and then but noting that affects the excellent product that it is this speaker. In fat, I'm thinking to purchase another one in order to "improve" the sound, but I decided that is is not necessary, the speaker itself is absolutely enough and good sounding. Go and click buy.

I love it

I had been considering Bose S1 for awhile, and I had to grab it at the reduced price. It’s the perfect choice for my guitar rig. I’m running a hybrid acoustic/electric guitar through a modeler/effect pedal and have never been happy with the acoustic sound models. With the S1 and an A/B switch, problem solved. I bypass the pedal and use the Bose ToneMatch setting for acoustic tones on channel one, and the modeler pedal on channel two (set to FRFR) for various electric sounds. Much better sound than my previous rig. Bonus that it’s compact and lightweight. Using the app makes it easy to set up and dial in the perfect tone.

This is a great portable speaker that sounds terrific and is 'smart' enough to know when it is on a stand so changes its equalization compared to being on the floor. The Bluetooth connection 'connects' pretty easily and reliably. We did an A-B with a competitor's Mobile8 speaker. In appearance, the two are similar but the sound clarity of the S1 Pro+ sold me. The Bose was sounded *way* better to me. We've had it for over a year and still love it.
