Is there a way to purchase a replacement remote control? Our puppy snatched it off our daughter's bed and chewed it enough to make it in operable.

I think you should be able to, check the brand page, or ask the seller.

These are usb? How long is the usb cord that powers on the lights?

The string of lights are what you plug into USB. The strand itself is 30 feet. I really like them. And appreciate that I am able to plug them in. It also has a remote control.

What color is the cable wire that goes to the outlet? ( Not the wire that that lights are on)

It is the same wire that the lights are on. It's silver with plastic clear coating. It plugs into a 3 prong plug via USB. The plug is white.
