Easy to use and works great

This attachment is just what I needed. Fit as expected, edges my sidewalk perfect.

Excellent product. I was excited to use it right away. I should have bought something like this long ago. I connected it to my 80v Kobalt cordless string trimmer. This does a great job edging. I have an old 4 cycle edger. It's ok but it bogs down when it encounters hard or wet soil. Plus I have to gas it up. I have 4 - 80v batteries so I'm never out of power. I recommend this product.

This is not compatible with stihl! The head is not square. It has a spline. The shaft that comes with it is 2 ft long and there is no go between coupler. Even if there was The shaft would be way too long. If you use the 2 ft shaft that comes with it then your head's down right by the cutting blade which is also unacceptable. I don't know how this POS even got out of research and development. Don't waste your money it won't work.

The unit worked well for almost 2 years. I just tossed it into the trash can two days ago after the internal mechanism for snapping into place on the power shaft broke off. It was not repairable. I did like how much power it transmitted to the rotary blade but I believe the shortcomings came from design compromises which allowed it to be assembled by the end user. Screws came out where they should not have been loose and sloppy. Know your investment will not last for a long time with regular usage.

Using with Remington weed eater. My standard attachment shroud broke off after a couple of years of use, bought this, and you can tell it's sturdy construction made to last. It's a little heavier, but because it's solid. I had no problems putting it together, but you do have to back out the set screw first that's made to hold it together.

Works great

All the attachments are very useful. The product is sturdy and rugged. I would make it easier to change out the different attachments. The material it is made of seems industrial grade.

Difficult to control the depth without a proper edging board on the lawn. Stones get thrown onto the lawn.
