Beautiful, High-Quality Prints — A Great Photo Printer
I was looking for a good quality photo printer that could handle larger sizes, and this Epson XP-15000 really delivers. I’ve been so impressed with the print quality — the 13×19 prints come out beautifully: colorful, bold, and clean. Since it uses individual ink cartridges, it does go through ink pretty quickly, and buying all the separate cartridges isn’t cheap. But the results are worth it. The extra gray and red cartridges really make the colors stand out and give the prints a professional look. I’ve printed a number of images so far, and every single one has come out flawless. I’ve only had it a short time, but I’m extremely happy with it. Honestly, I do wish I had spent a little more and gotten the ET-8550 with the ink tank system, since it’s more cost-effective in the long run — but for what I paid, this printer still does an amazing job. If you’re looking for a printer for craft bags, chip bags, photo prints, stickers — this can handle it all beautifully. I’d definitely recommend it!

Exceptional photo print quality
Working from home during covid-19 I needed a printer as I didn't want to risk going to print shops. My wife is a hobby photographer and usually had prints made at a drugstore of Costco with unreliable results. Since I was purchasing a printer anyways and it was close to Mothers day I decided to look for a nice photo printer. I found a lot of praise for the Epson Expression Photo HD XP-15000. I was skeptical about the two extra ink cartridges producing higher quality prints but I took a chance and I'm glad I did. The color reproduction on this printer is unreal, the images are absolutely beautiful. I usually print on High quality but even Standard look better than any print I've received from a store, Best Quality is very slow to print and I would reserve for very special prints of high resolution photos as it uses a lot of ink as well. I am incredibly pleased with my purchase.

Do not waste your time or money...
I purchased this printer in August 2020 for my printing business. I needed something that would print on 11x14" paper, so there weren't many options. When I first received the printer, I was in love with the quality of my prints - even the plain text prints looked noticeably better than my previous HP. However, it only lasted a few months before the printer started having print quality issues. To date, I have had to use the warranty for a new printer LITERALLY 5 times. Every single printer since the original has only lasted 1-3 months. Customer service is nice enough (once you figure out which customer service number to use to reach them) but after the hassle of replacing the printer last minute while my customers waited for their orders three times, I started asking for my money back. Epson will send and resend you crappy printers all day long, but they have absolutely refused to give me any amount of money back. The entire experience has been a nightmare. As a business owner, I need something quality and reliable, and Epson is clearly not the company to work with. Every single printer they've sent me has started having quality issues or stopped printing entirely. It's not just one faulty printer. Pass on this company - get yourself something reliable. Side note: my HP printer, while not perfect (haven't found a printer that is!), has been going strong for 6 years. Highly recommend looking at HP printers!!

Easy to set up, print quality is excellent.
I've always been an HP guy but the ink has become so expensive that now I've got no choice but to look at other options. We needed a large format printer that could handle card stock and this printer after much research fitted the bill. We've done quite a few prints the the quality is exceptional. Set up was easy. The printer comes with a CD and quick setup manual, however we needed to go the Epson website to download the actual software suite to be able to print for our needs. The default drivers from the Windows auto installer were not sufficient because we were printing to a custom size of cardstock. After installation of the Epson suite everything was easy and we were off and running very quickly. WIFI connectivity from the printer was easy, the only thing that we had an issue with was the update from the PC however we updated right from the printer screen on the actual printer and it worked flawlessly. The printer has the regular 4 color cartridges as well as a red and a grey. The prints came out with great color accuracy and quality. After a few full page prints the black ink capacity was going down faster so we will purchase extra black ink first just to have it on hand. Also have to say that the printer is very very quiet and we didn't realize it was finished on most of the prints. Highly recommended printer.

Outdated
Not a good printer to buy anymore. I've had this printer for 3 years now. Fantastic quality, but there are better printers at the price and the ink might be discontinued soon. I got this model because it was the only printer that could do 13x19" prints, and handle 45lb paper. It's hard to get a clear answer about how thick of paper a printer can handle, but reviews informed me that this could handle it, and it did. If it wasn't for those things, I would have gone with an Eco tank printer. If you get this printer, don't update it. Every update makes it harder to use 3rd party ink, or mod an ink tank in. but even with mods, you'll still need the Red and Gray ink. This printer is listed in adobe printer settings, but you're not going to get control of the Red & Gray ink like you can the rest of the CMYK when designing. So far that has never been a problem for me. Colors come out well. The Red and Gray do a nice job at spreading out the ink usage, so your black isn't gone as fast. I'm sure newer printers with Black(k) and Photo Black do that as well though. I luckily hardly have to replace the Red and Gray. Would be really cool to hack this printer, make it a sublimation printer and use one of the extra ink channels for white ink.

A must have high quality Photo Printer for cheap!
If you’re searching for a high quality printer without breaking the bank , this is the printer for you. I had spent a good amount of time researching various printers and the picture quality they offered . I really spent my time looking this up . I found that the Picture quality on this printer is incredible . If you look at other models that can print 13x19 they cost way more. Now the ink capacity I’m not entirely sure about but I do know the ink can be expensive but it’s a trade off for getting an affordable printer without breaking super high quality pictures . Setup was very straight forward and it makes it essentially easy for anyone to connect to their network to print wired or wireless. You have the ability to print from your phone which is really amazing as well . All around this printer is great and if you’re hesitant you should just pull the trigger because you get quality with this model and affordability .

Correction: Excellent value, quality and ease of use for color & grey scale; Wi-Fi firmware updates
Straightforward to install on my home WiFi network. The controls and screen are easy to navigate. Firmware updates can be done via WiFi—so much better than downloading an installer to a computer. Surprised that the maximum borderless print size is A3+. I don’t care, because I don’t mind a thin border on 13x19” paper, and intend to print 12x18” or smaller anyway for framing. Good results on real-world test prints with default color and tonal settings in Apple Photos. Astonishingly, perfect color and tonal range in my full-spectrum, full-dynamic range test print of a storefront on 13x19” Matte paper. A garden scene had true hues—borderless on 4x6” glossy paper—but was a bit dark. You wouldn’t notice if you only saw the print. Full tonal range B&W image on glossy paper lost some highlight detail and mid-tone pop compared to what I got from a commercial print shop using Luster paper, but I’m not seeing a color cast reported by others, which is very good news. I bought Epson again after a long hiatus because 1) I have a big stock of paper from pre-covid days, 2) ink cost is not a problem for my limited photo printing needs, and 3) the recent price drop offered a very low up-front cost. This one is smaller and very much quieter than its predecessor. It offers Air Print connectivity, but I prefer WiFi, even from mobile devices. Pretty happy so far. Already useful and B&W may improve with experimentation.

Not worth it
Prints very vibrant. It's very slow to print images or photos. I cannot get the back feeder to pull the paper through on its own. It literally takes me hours just to get it to work. I have only been able to use it a handful of times because it is so frustrating. Also the screen is extremely small & hard to read. Wish I could get my money back.

EXCELLENT PRINT QUALITY
Purchased this to replace two different Canon Pro100's that I have been using for 20 years. Reading other reviews this fit what my needs are today. Didn't want an all in one, didn't want to use it for anything but colour photos. Didn't need super fast printing and didn't really cars about 2 paper trays but it's part of it so fine. The good: It's print quality is every bit as good as the Pro 100 which I had been very happy with. It's much lighter and easy to move around. Main thing is the print quality and this prints great colour quality so that's all the counts for me. Not so good: The screen is not a touch pad, only works using up/down, side to side arrow keys on front of printer. Touch pad would be better. Paper tray is automatic, extends out once pointing is going to start. This may be neat but it's just something else that can malfunction down the road and if it won't extend you can't print anything. A manual tray would have been better. Installing to work with my Mac desktop was a nightmare. I've installed 3 Canon printers and 1 HP over the years and this was the worse. I use a Catalina operation system and the install went fine until I asked my desktop to recognize printer via my home wi-fi. Desktop wouldn't allow connection to be made after multiple tries so had to call Apple support. After over an hour on the phone and getting to senior tech he finally found a way to work around the blockage and connect to my wi-fi. This was an aggravation I didn't need and have never had before. Was it the printer's fault, I don't know but never happened before. Aside from these few negatives I'd rate the printer as supurb so far. Given the price it is an excellent buy as long as print quality continues and there are no service issues after more usage.

Great Printing Quality for the price but the paper feed is sometimes troublesome
the print quality of this printer is great, especially for the price. I gave it 5 stars primarily because I think the value is great. but there's 3 issues that have irked me. 1. the rear paper feed that you must use if you print anything larger than 8.5x14, is temperamental, for example for me to print 13x19 Epson canvas paper I need to put a small stack of paper behind the canvas paper for the paper feed to work (just in case I hold on to the stack of paper in case it wants to take more than 1 sheet). I also had problems with Epson Art Paper, but experienced no issues with regular paper nor with heat transfer paper (8.5x11 * 11x13)... go figure ???? 2. inks are often sold out, at Epson, Staples and Bestbuy, at least in Canada, but I've read similar complaints from the USA. I've been able to buy inks from Amazon, but the sellers are all over the place. 3. I'm not a big fan of the automatic exit paper tray.... I would have preferred to have a simple pull out tray, and Epson should have enabled the printer to front load other paper sizes too. still for the price I "vote" that it's a great printer.

Horrible imprimante !!
Aucunement rentable. N’achetez pas!
