Easy on easy off, the weight is easy to remove for weight adjustment and the Velcro is very strong. The fit was good and hugged my calves. They were very comfortable to wear.

I added the ankle weights to my rucking and exercise routine and found them very helpful. They keep the weights in place on the calf and give you flexibility to adjust the weights.

Overall these are probably the best for what they are if you're looking for incrementally increasing your strength training. I went from 1lb up to 10 in a little over a month so you may find you outgrow them kind of fast. I like them but they have their flaws for sure but for what you're getting the price isn't terrible. Cons: There are about 8 weights that are 7 ounces instead of 8 ounces like the rest of the set which makes weight tracking frustrating. I contacted the seller and they said that since the total weight is correct they won't do anything about it. I'm not sure if it's intentional or a mistake but I can't see that being useful for anyone. Part of the elastic on the velcro is unraveling in the same spot on both so I may need to repair them eventually. I have maxed out the weights that came with the pair and I think that these will have a lot of difficulty with extra weights and may need some kind of modification to keep from falling down. I am not sure how the top strap is supposed to work but the middle and bottom work well, and twisting the top strap once works well enough. I think with the loops the top strap would work well if I could figure out how to do it right! The instructions don't say. The seller doesn't sell extra weights so if you want to increase you'll have to buy another set (which I will most likely be doing). If you have skinny legs, these straps are too long and the velcro may not line up. I've loaned these to a friend before whose legs were almost too skinny for them. Pros: Weight tracking is easy until you're forced to use the 7 ounce weights. Reasonable comfortable and easy to use.

These are well made and everything but if you are a naturally large-limbed person already the straps won't fit without compromising your circulation. (I'm 6'5" tall and even without muscle and looking skinny for my size my arms aren't small)

Out of shape because I haven’t been able to use my legs(they’re in compression socks and must stay elevated. I got the ankle weights, walked up to the dumpster, then took them off and walked around the swimming pool. I walked home and took them off. I noticed that I could maintain balance. Went to sleep and woke up. There was so much pain because I wasn’t used to using the muscle. That helps me stay balance. These fit me well I’m 6 feet 1 inch 243 pounds. Fit like a glove totally recommend

These forearm weights fit nicely even on small arms.

Ottimi, comodi e abbastanza "piccoli" cioè volendo si riescono a nascondere sotto i pantaloni. Li ho presi insieme ai bracciali, mi hanno soddisfatto entrambi. Anche qui come i bracciali, se acquistate altre barrette in metallo (anche da altri siti) sappiate che ci sta una fila in più quindi aumentate ancora di più il carico massimo.
