This was my first time purchasing this product and this brand. I had only tried taking Melatonin a couple of other times in my life, in hopes of getting a better nights rest. Taste: Real good, most gummy supplements leave a horrible after taste, these actually taste like fruit snacks. No horrible after taste, it doesnt stick to your teeth or gums and easy to swallow. Smell: there is a slight smell of fruit if you put your nose to the jar. Price: These have a higher dosage then others for a lower cost, not sure the reason. One of the reasons I decided to try these ones specifically Texture: The texture again is like a fruit snack and its appears look like them as well. Side Effects: I did have horrible side effects from these, I am sure the dosage was way to high for my first use. The dizziness, and nausea was honestly unbearable. This was the only thing that was changed in my daily routine so I know it could of not been anything else. I had not called out from sick from work in 1 year and 3 months until this week due to the side effects. I woke up the next morning and the room was spinning so bad I could not get out of bed. I stayed nauseated the entire day, which made it hard to eat or drink anything to try and feel better. Sleep: I think it gave me a good night sleep, but it did not help me fall asleep. I took them at 6 pm and still didnt fall asleep until around 9. A couple mornings I felt groggy, and light headed. For newbies, go with a lower dose to begin with unless you have a high tolerance for these types of supplements. I will see how taking one effects me, if I still have any side effects I will just pay for the lower dosage ones and see how they work. I would recommend the brand but not the 10mg for newbies.

At first, I didn't love the taste but there is no getting around the fact that these gummies WORK!
