Beekeeping Log Book: Comprehensive Beekeepers Journal for Tracking 100 Beehive Inspection and Honey Bee Farming Essentials!

This is my second purchase of this bee journal. I love using it because it’s easy to use and lets me look back in detail to my past experiences of being in my hives. I recommend this journal.

Useful, helpful for inspections and recording. I keep notes inside the front cover like 21 cups of water to mix with 10# bag of sugar for a 1:1 mix, etc.

Great guide for what to look for in your hive inspections, especially for a newbie like me! I am also nerdily obsessed with the pollen color chart. I’ve been identifying the pollen on my bees all afternoon. Crazy cool!

I haven't used this yet but will start this Spring. I always kept my inspection notes on a legal pad and then put the page inside a clear sleeve and then in a ring binder. That method didn't have any consistency in the way I logged the information. I'm hoping to use this format to fix that. I make my notes in the field ( I have about 10 hives) and then review and transfer the page later. I'm still going to remove the page from this book and put it in the ring binder for my records. I keep a binder for each year. I expect after a learning curve this format will make it much easier to take notes and also easier to review later. The history of each hive is why it's important to have these notes to review.

Love that this journal has a basic pollen color identifier on the back. It has a nice design and lots of extras.

A great record for hive inspections with room for 100 records as well as some excellent notes to assist. Being hardback it is easy to write up at the apiary site; a really robust record book that will keep. Highly recommended.
