Vita-Mix 015547 Drive Socket Kit

Original part , fits with no issues.

I ordered this 10 years ago, having had a Vitamix blender for 5 years at the time. I like to be prepared! Anyway, after continued daily use, I finally needed it today. There was an awful smoky burning smell coming from the existing drive socket but with the replacement in place it's all good to go again. It took about 10 minutes to do the job. Note that you need a blob of silicone sealant to finish the job.

I previously bought a non Vitamix drive socket from china which was a complete waste of time and money as it isn’t balanced as a genuine model is and it ran like a marble in a biscuit tin. As soon as I bought this genuine one and fitted it everything was nice and quite. Runs like a sweetie now..

This was a great replacement for the one that had stopped working. Relieved that it worked so can use my vitamin again. Bit fiddly to install.

Genuine Vitamix part from US, cheaper than buying it in the UK

Well... it does fit in really well, 3stars because of the uneven surface, slightly poor quality compared with the original socket drive, scratched screw area like a returned item.

バイタミックスTNC5200 ほぼ毎日10年以上使っていて、コンテナを買い替えたので ドライブソケットも交換しました。 比べるとやはり摩耗しています。 交換して安定感が増した気がします。 付属の金具でネジを緩めて上に引いて外し、 （ネジを外してしまわないように注意です。本体の中に入り込んで一苦労でした） 新しいドライブソケットのネジを緩めてはめ込み、ネジを締めます。 ネジ穴を塞ぐゴムも付属していました。

We use blenders constantly at the smoothie shop. These are MUCH better replacements. The "knock-offs" fail in 2-3 months (many fail in hours). These drive sockets last about 1 year under very heavy use. Don't bother with any other sockets, get these.
