These movements are designed to loosen up participating toddlers and are succeeded by a series of "walk-about" exercises including "Marching", "Skipping" and "Dancing"--the dancing Dipsy is a joy to behold. There are also several bouts of "Jumping" which are impossible to resist and will have both children and adults pogo-ing around the living room.
