Product is as advertised. Comes with foam and gel inserts so you can decide which one you want to use. I'm using the gel and product is working wonderfully.

This product works really well humidifying on my quality cigars. This is a quality product and I highly recommend it very impressed and I’m very glad I found it on Amazon.

Seems to be holding a nice 71% humidity so far. I like it at 70, but 71 is better than 68, in my opinion, so I’m liking this humidifier so far.

The kit comes with crystals that you can put in place of the foam sponge in the Slege humidifier. Just remove screws and screen cover and pull out the sponge and add the crystals provided in the kit evenly in the three tray compartments. Fill trays evenly with Slege humidifier solution and wait 15-20 minutes and the crystals absorb the liquid. Replace screen and wipe excess solution from top and Place tray in humidor and you can store cigars and anything else with confidence. check every couple weeks and add solution to reactivate crystals when needed. change to new crystals every 5-6 months.

Got rid of my old humidifier and replaced it with this. Super easy to get rid of the foam and put the beads in. So far so good. It's holding humidity just where I like it.

i have a couple of cigar humidor boxes with nice wooden inside lining built in. however, the humidifier that came with each box are not that effective; one is a thin strip of plastic with foam in it and the other is round plastic with foam in it as well. this kit is what i needed. the lit’s humidifier is wide and can hold more propylene glycol solution; not to mention the humidifier looks classier with the metal framing. i also like that it came with the propylene glycol solution needed for humidifier. there is also a packet of crystals which is perfect for my small travel humidor. this kit is a must have for cigar aficionados! even for occasional cigar smokers like me!

This solution is working really well in my humidor. I have 21 cigars in it right now and the humidity is at 68%. It's very dry here in Colorado, so keeping humidity is always a challenge.After a quick glance at the instructions I just tossed them. They're pretty useless.I took out the foam because I wasn't sure what the purpose was. I added the crystals and the solution. They absorbed quite a bit of it.I added the cartridge to a seasoned humidor and so far it is holding.I don't know if it performs any better than other products. But it does what it's supposed to do, so I recommend it.

I am very satisfied with this. It comes with plenty of solution and a good size humidifying element. I have a relatively small humidor that might hold 20 cigars on a good day. It seems to keep it between 60 and 70 without too much trouble.

Sure beats a tupperware cup holding solution! Nice build quality, instructions guide you to remove the foam inside, and replace with the crystals then add solution. No complaints.
