I love this gadget! Everything I've cooked with it is soooo tender. I also purchased a sous vide container to go with it. Very handy. Also be sure to get the bag sealer!

Love my sous vide cooks steaks to the perfect temp before searing them for about 50 sec each side. I’m doing a chuck roast as I write this look forward to some tender meat. The sous vide is an amazing tool and a must have.

I used this item twice. The unit overheated and was clearly defective. Poor customer service as well.

Just like airfryer or microwave, they all work in the same mechanism, so there is zero reason to spend a fortune on such this type of appliances. A sous vide machine is just a way of cooking at a set and constant temperature, so the machine just have to accomplish this simple task, and this machine does exactly that. It's easy to use. Just fill the water, set the temperature, and the timer if you prefer, and your meal will be ready in no time. It does heat up the water pretty quickly and once it reaches the target temperature, it just stays there until you turn it off. No thrill and no complaints on that. I wish it came with a soft pot cover that matches this sous vide machine as it is hard to find a matching size for this. I think the pot holder dial can be made with a better mechanism or material, the plastic feels cheap and it's a bit hard to turn the dial and secure the sous vide machine in place.

Works extremely well. Without all of the hoopla.

This has worked very well so far. Coming from a 1K Anova SuV which stopped connecting.
