A true rooibos tea.
These rooibos tea bags are exactly like the ones in South Africa. They bring back happy memories and I get all the good properties as well. A double whammy. The taste is clean and fresh, the aroma soft, a good calming effect and zero caffeine. I’ve been back on these for over a week now, and the stress headaches have gone, I have more energy again . A must try for anyone . The price is good too .

This tea has a good taste, and a good no-caffeine option for those looking to minimize that large exposure in most black tea with tannins. Arrives form Amazon next-day in Houston, so quite convenient. Hard to find good, multiple-bag Rooibos tea in the stores for use in a tea pitcher, unbagging single bags is too much hassle.

Used to drink a local brand's Rooibos but glad to have found this option - it is 1/3 the price while tasting near identical, warm gentle body and never leaving any bitter aftertaste. Very cost effective to drink daily!
