Excellent pads. Posting is accurate. Foam is denser and tougher than I expected, which is a nice upgrade. I've used them for about 10 workouts now and they are holding up great. These pads fit 3/4 in electrical conduit perfectly. I use the metal conduit to upgrade my machine from the original thin rods. I put vinyl caps on the ends of the conduit tubes.

Excellent replacement rollers. The originals are too thin and uncomfortable when using heavier weights. These are a thick foam with very good resistance so quite a bit more supportive.

I used these on an inversion table that had a heel cup to hold your feet that was falling apart. Slide the old stuff off and slide the new pads on and you have a comfortable new feeling inversion table. Recommended.

I use these cushions for my seated calf raises, and I can tell you that they won't last long over time. They need to be thicker and made of better quality material. So, if you're planning to use heavy weights, be aware that they may not hold up well, as they tend to get crushed easily.
