Yes4All Resistance Bands Handles

I needed flat rotating handles for inverted rows to address grip/forearm tendon strength issues and golfers elbow. These were the perfect remedy. Texture is a bit aggressive/unnecessary for a rotating handle. Rotating part squeaked to begin with, but after a small squirt of graphite powder inside each, the squeak vanish and never return.

Están super estas asas para bandas de resistencia, por mi estatura, no puedo hacer bien el curl de bíceps, pero lo que hago es enredar un poco la banda para que genere más resistencia, pero donde veo mayor ayuda, es el press de pecho, con ancla en la puerta, se siente bastante el trabajo, sin que te duelan las manos por la presión que ejerce, después voy a comprar otro par para mi trabajo

Good ones, using them with extra strength bands, imo better than all the band bars out there.

After a pair of lighter hooks from the late Iron Woody site snapped while doing deadlifts with a moderately heavy band, I needed something sturdier. These work well for that purpose and I have no fear that they will break on me. The tradeoff is that they are somewhat heavy, but that is basically why they are strong enough. I carry a full set of bands in a suitcase while traveling by truck or with travel trailer and they travel fine in that scenario. Sometimes go lighter for air travel, but you can still use your hands!
