His loose evocate style looked deceptively easy, the skill of a true master! West Country teaching artist Steve Hall is a devotee of Wesson and has co-written two recent books on the painter. In this film he lets us into the secrets of Ted Wesson’s big mop painting style. This film was shot on location in Walberswick, a jewel on the Suffolk coast and one of Ted Wesson’s favourite teaching locations. Steve visits the spots which were the inspiration for many Wesson paintings and shows how to achieve his loose and spontaneous style in five inspiring demonstrations. This disc is marked Region 0 and will play in any country in the world that operates the PAL TV system including Australia and New Zealand and most of Europe.
