Easy to fit looks good in the door, quality is good standard flap closes and opens freely but stays closed when not in use, no draft coming in from it.

Say it's not suitable for children under 3 , would think that it would be even less suitable with larger kids . but the cat loves it .

I'm extremely pleased with this cat flap! While my door was a bit too heavy for a DIY installation (my carpenter handled it perfectly), the end result is a robust and highly functional addition to our home. The learning curve for my cats was a bit longer than expected, taking about 3-5 weeks for them to fully master it. A tip for new users: keeping the flap's lid open initially with some masking tape really helped them get comfortable with the opening. One of my biggest concerns was drafts, especially during the colder months, but I'm happy to report that absolutely no cold air penetrates through the flap – it's remarkably weatherproof. This alone makes it money well spent. Finally, the size is fantastic. It comfortably accommodates larger cats (excluding tigers, of course!). Overall, a brilliant product that I highly recommend.

Product is great. Delivery however is a different matter. I have an agreed safe area for deliveries but instead they left it on the doorstep where anyone could have taken it and weather wise it has been either sub zero or torrential rain. A recurring issue that must be dealt with

Got two of these after the original cat flaps door broke ( the catflap was already there since before we moved in) and although we could get the door back on it subsequently fell off again every time our cat used it. So got two new ones, one to install for back door one to replace the broken one in the front door. Got brown ones which blend in well with the wooden doors . The catflaps seem sturdy and well made with clear transparent doors which looks much better than our old cat flaps translucent one and is preferred by most cats from what Ive heard. William (cat) certainly isnt complaining about the new door anyway 😉

Vary happy with this cat flap. Very good quality product, nice snug fit in door panel and, very important, draught free. You will need to have some decent DIY skills to get a good snug fit and the appropriate tools to make the job easier. I cut the hole slightly smaller than needed then dressed it out using a B&D power file. Took my cat a little while to get used to it but now it does its job perfectly. He can come and go as he pleases and I can lock it when I don't want him to get out. very good quality item. A little patience and you will get a good fit. Highly recommended.

Fast delivery but unfortunately not suitable for my door Simple and easy and quick refund

We have recently moved house and needed to fit a cat flap for our 2 moggies. We got a handyman friend to do it. He said it was very easy to fit and looks great in our wood door. Particularly like that it has a quiet closure for when the cats come in and out.
