Solid and well made
Solid and well made. Very easy to use compared to a standard barbell. Can reduce back strain as you can lift from a more balanced position. Fits 1" weights no problem. No complaits and no regrets. Not cheap but still worth it if its within your budget. Its quite heavy on its own so remember to factor this in when adding weight plates.

excellent piece of kit
Quality of the Shrug bar is very good. Would definitely recommend this piece of kit. I find it a safe and comfortable way to perform squats and have definitely noticed the overall benefits from it's use and I'm in my mid to late 50s now so no spring chicken. Great for a general fitness as well as for pumping up your legs for the heavier lifter.

Great quality
This shrug bar is well built, sturdy and has a very good finish. I also like the quick action collars that were supplied with the bar. The bar is ideal for shrugs using the higher grips, and the lower grips help to get a lower starting position for greater range of motion for the deadlift. The bar seems a bit pricey, but the quality is very good and the posture in lifts is better than when using a standard barbell.

Decent quality for price.
Been using for a couple of months. I coach young athletes. It is absolutely fine up to 80kg.

Excellent piece of equipment
This is a great piece of equipment and well deserving of 5 stars. It is well built and seems excellent quality. It arrived earlier than anticipated and was well packaged. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a 1” trap bar.

Squat/Deadlift Hybrid - Excellent
This is a deadlift/squat hybrid - amazing bit of kit - glutes , hamstrings , quads all on fire 2 days later , great for people who have lower back issues from deadlifting in the last or squatting as the bar runs at your centre of gravity and handles are by your side... couldn't recommend enough, also saves your knees too! NFL football players use this religiously.
