I purchased this HIKVISION 16 Channel DVR Combo Kit with 2 Dome + 8 Bullet Cameras, 4TB HDD, copper cable roll, and power supply thinking it would be a reliable full security setup. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. DVR Failed in Just 3 Days: The DVR stopped working properly on the third day itself. For such an important security product, this is unacceptable. Camera Images Mixing: Out of the 10 cameras, 4 started showing overlapping/mixed images, making the entire system useless for security monitoring. Very Bad Warranty & Support: The warranty terms are confusing and not customer-friendly. Contacting support was of no real help, and Amazon’s platform does not suggest easy replacement for this defective unit. Overall Poor Quality: I invested in this combo expecting durability and reliable performance, but the build quality and after-sales service are very poor. Final Verdict: Do not buy this product if you are looking for dependable security equipment. Within days of installation, it became a headache instead of protection. Very bad product quality and even worse warranty handling. I would strongly advise buyers to look at other reliable brands before making such a big investment.

Like: Picture quality is good 5MP, Motion detection working perfectly, easy self installation, playback videos with event mode save time & immediate event detection, night vision is good, overall good experience (till now after 3-4 days usage). This product meets the expactations. Dislike: HDMI cable not recieved in package, Dome outdoor camera mount not fully adjustable (handy with roof fitting but on wall not suitable only straight/up/down option-side angle is not adjustable, wifi with dongle is in specification but have tried many dongle available in market not supporting (suggestion-either included in package or reccomend particular dongle which supports and can be bought separately to use this function-till now it is useless however it was one of the factor i choose this product to buy, disappointing), since this is the primary review after usage 3-4 days, finally will see the performance after long usage...........

I purchased this Clocite Hikvision CCTV combo from Amazon, expecting reliable performance from the reputable Hikvision brand, but was shocked by the quick failure of the hard disk—the most expensive component. The camera quality seemed good initially, but after just a few days, the HDD displayed errors, halting recordings entirely. The technician confirmed the hard drive is faulty and needs replacement, a common issue in Hikvision NVR/DVR systems often due to bad sectors. Unfortunately, Amazon listings lack clear seller details and warranty information, making claims difficult—unlike local purchases where replacements are straightforward. I deeply regret buying online due to this warranty void; Amazon must intervene to assist customers with defective products from such sellers. Requesting a free replacement to restore faith in the platform.

My hard disk works for two or three minutes, but after that, it stops working.” And dvr adaptor is not working both are complaint

HDD is not working, showing disc exception. How I can avail the warranty for this product?

No costumer support Selling third grade quality products They send me a 10 years old harddrive Please go for local shops they will provide proper support,atleast you have peace of mind Please provide my refund asap
