Iodine, Selenium, Zinc, B12. All of which vegans might be less than sufficient in. But also Important for what it doesn't have. Doesn't have copper & manganese - great (vegans get way too much anyway)

Cela fait plusieurs mois que je continue de commander ce produit que je trouve fantastique. Mais si je prend le temps d'écrire un commentaire, c'est surtout pour apporter une petite mise en garde concernant ce produit. Il ne faut surtout pas en consommer juste avant d'aller se coucher le soir, car l'effet dynamisant des vitamines peut engendrer des difficultés pour l'endormissement. Je trouvais que cette petite contrainte n'était pas suffisamment mise en avant dans la description.

Habe mir den Vitamin-Komplex bestellt, da dort nicht nur die üblichen Vitamine, sondern darüber hinaus auch Selen und Zink enthalten sind. Nachdem ich nun jeden Tag eine Tablette genommen habe und die Packung fast leer ist, kann ich sagen, dass diese Tabletten die Wucht sind. Ich fühle mich vital und fitter und meine leichten Geheimratsecken werden wieder voller. Einzig der Geschmack ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Allerdings kann dies die positive Auswirkungen nicht schmälern :)
