Super easy to use, though keep in mind it'll be more straightforward to apply with a little paintbrush than it will with the included pipettes! If you've just got a small brush, about the width of the grout you plan to protect, that should do the trick. Ours has been applied for quite some time, and it's keeping the grout brilliant white, which I love!

Works great just needs a better applicator

I applied this to my tiles in my new bathroom about two years ago. This stuff is an absolute pain to apply, especially to a fully tiled bathroom of metro-brick style tiles. You need to use an artist's brush and be diligient about washing off the excess. The upside of this is that it much less messy than the spray type. You're also concentrating the material in the grout lines rather than all over your tiles, so you're not wasting any. Once you get two coats down in a shower area it's basically bulletproof. Water beads straight off the grout and you can clean off soap scum easily with a sponge. Even now I never see the grout change colour when it gets wet. Go into it with eyes open to the time it'll take, but a few hours applying this is far better than having to redo the grout after 18 months because it got soaked.

Used it to water proof grout in the shower (who knew that was a thing). Put on three coats after re grouting, it’s invisible and works well. After use cleaning is much easier and no more staining on grout. Well worth the money. We used a paint brush to apply. Quality product.

Not sure this works. No way to tell really. Wouldn't buy again. My grout changes colour when wet and I though this product would have sealed it but apparently not. Followed the instructions to the letter.

Applied a few coats with an artists brush - was time consuming but easy enough and easier than cleaning grout in future. Wasn't planning to leave a review as I thought it would be pretty hard to determine whether it had helped or not but I ended up needing to grout and area just above where I'd treated as I added border tiles and used black grout (whereas I had used light jasmine on the rest). Anyone who has used black grout before knows the mess it causes and even with my less than tidy application to tiles above, the black that ended up on the lighter grout didn't stain and easily wiped off therefore this product really does seal and protect against stains. Worth the effort and reasonable price for added protection to grout.

Quite easy to apply, with the 2 pipettes supplied. No indication of how long it lasts - like, typically 2 to 5 years. Preparation of clean, dry grout is essential

I don’t often write reviews, but I felt obliged to given how good this was. I had a dodgy batch of grout that started breaking down after a couple of months. I was pretty gutted. I applied this (after trying others) as a bit of a last resort, and it’s been excellent. Water just rolls straight off of it. Still fine after a year. No mould. Would recommend
