The ideal LED replacement for my VRod headlight!
This is the perfect fit, easy to mount, good quality, BRIGHT LED that I was looking for. Literally lights up the road edge to edge, without people flashing me for hurting their eyes. Such a huge difference from my stock 2005 headlight it isn't worth comparing, honestly. Put several hundred miles on since install and so far, so good!

Works great. I will note you need to remove the ...
Installed on a 2004 VRSCB. Works great. I will note you need to remove the Chrome "eyebrow" off the top of the stock headlight. This leaves a pretty open gap between the headlight and the factory headlight cowl. I will say this is a much safer feeling experience riding at night now. I would estimate the low beam adds 60 degrees of horizontal vision and about 20 horizontal. The high beam is where this thing shines, pun intended. It basically saturates about 160 degrees horizontal and 80 degrees vertical with perfect white light. I feel much safer at night with this light. I will also not that when you do your alignment you should use 2 people. One to stand in front of the bike about 20 ft away and one to adjust. There is an angle which the headlight is too high and is absolutely blinding for other cars. Some think having a light as bright as it gets is safer, but oncoming traffic not being able to see is asking for a disaster. Best money I have spent on a bike upgrade, safety, awesome looks, and gets people asking what exactly is going on with my headlight. And no more bulb changes!

fit nicely, looks great
Works very well , fit nicely , looks great , very impressed thus far . If it last long , and provides the same amount of light throughout its life expectancy , I will be very happy . Installed in a 2005 Screaming Eagle V-Rod . I am a very picky person , so for me to rate this so well is rare . I would highly recommend this for any one who rides a motorcycle , and wants to see where there going . Ride safe , you can see my bike on YouTube .

A few small issues, but a good product
I have a 2017 Harley V Rod Night Rod Special. This worked rather well to replace the stock headlight, but not straight out of the box. Getting it to fit properly was a pain. For those of you looking to purchase this, understand you will likely have to buy a washer or two to make the fit between the headlight and the factory mount snug so that the light doesn't tilt freely. Once all of this was completed however I will say the low beam profile is very crisp, however the high beam could be better. Overall it is a massive improvement to the stock headlight.

Exactly what I wanted.
Easy installation. Plug and Play. No directions included, but if you connect it incorrectly the first time....you will notice your fuse has blown. Easy fix if you made this mistake. The light is bright and has a great field of view. I'm 1000% happier with this light over the stock light. Shouldn't take you more than 10 minutes to install.

I see the light
I bought this LED headlight to replace the stock headlight on my 2004 Vrod "B" model due to the low beam reflector inside the light breaking off and no way to replace it. After removing the stock headlight, installation of the LED light took about 20 minutes. The installation instructions are pretty sparse but are all you need. My installation required the use of the included adapters. I did blow a fuse when switching from low to high beam. Please make sure you have a few extra 15 amp "mini" fuses on hand incase you blow a fuse. I was concerned the light has a black backing and would look out of place on my bike as the stock light had a grey/silver backing. The black actually looks really good on my bike with a black frame. The light is noticeably brighter than stock. I personally don't care for the look of the LED when the bike is turned off but love the amount of light produced when turned on.

Great light, plug and play
Great light, plug and play, does not use stock headlight bucket. Unbolt your stock headlight bucket and disconnect bulbs from connector, bolt up new headlight to headlight bracket and plug in connectors. looking at the headlight from the front, the low beam wires are on the right side and the high beam is on the left side, make sure you connect to the proper plug or the fuse will pop.

Water enters the lens and seller considers it a "normal phenomenon"
So, the good: The light is significantly brighter than the OEM it replaced, and it looks great on the bike. The install was easy on my '13 VRSCF and I did not need any extra parts. The bad: The seal is poor and allows water to enter the headlight easily. I washed the bike today and noticed soap inside the headlight lens, which pooled up on the bottom within. The remedy? I contacted the seller today and advised them of the issue. Depending on their customer service will depend on whether I raise the rating or not. UPDATE: I had to lower the rating to one star, in regards to the product itself. Below is the unaltered response I received when I informed the seller that the headlight leaked. To say a leaky headlight is a "normal phenomenon" is not only incorrect, but a safety hazard. Although it was an improvement to the OEM light, I cannot in good conscience ride a motorcycle with a headlight that may be affected by simple water. Dear friend, I am sorry to bring this trouble to you. Please don't worry,of course I will help you to deal with this issue. About this issue,I must say sorry it is a normal phenomenon that the water will get through the headlight on the corner when you wash your car or the weather is humid, but the water will not appear in the central, the water will automatically dry when you wait for a few days and it will not influence the light. If you finally can't accept, you can return the light free to FBA and I will give you a full refund. If you can to keep it,I will give a partial refund which is 70 dollors as a compensation for this trouble. Sorry again for this issue and please tell which way do you prefer and if you have other ideas just tell me,I will help you until this issude beed solved. kind regards, TONY I chose to return the headlight and will spend my money elsewhere. Although the seller was receptive and answered quickly, the item is faulty and I would not recommend it.
