The thumbnail of this product says 75 Hard but the flimsy pamphlet that arrives is called 75 Day.It's filled with absolute non-content. And it's poorly formatted. A 12 year old with a blog would provide better content.Don't be fooled by this cash grab.

SCAM - NOT THE REAL AUTHOR - FRAUD - IDENTITY THEFT

This is not the book by Andy Frisella, this is a very poorly done "workbook" I would not recommend purchasing this.

Thought I was ordering the 75 Hard book only to find I’d paid $35 for a poorly written workbook by a man with a close name to Andy Frisella. Rip off!

It was an easy read, that may help you with creating a meditation habit, but it is not the 75 Hard original. This book is written exactly the opposite of 75 Hard, baby steps and adjustments to suit. This is not how you achieve the intent of 75 hard. I was disappointed and felt I had purchased something that wasn't delivered.
