Easy to make with a nice homemade taste
This cornbread mix is really convenient when I want something warm to serve with chili or soup without making everything from scratch. The instructions are simple, and the batter comes together quickly with very little cleanup. The cornbread baked evenly and had a soft center with nicely browned edges. I also liked the mild corn flavor, which wasn't overwhelmingly sweet. My only complaint is that the texture can become slightly dry if it's left in the oven even a few minutes too long. I also wish the package made a little more. Overall, it's tasty, affordable, convenient, and useful to keep in the pantry.

Dang, This Might Be Better Than My Homemade!
I normally make my cornbread completely homemade, and it’s always good, so I honestly wasn’t expecting a mix to impress me this much. But dang, this was good! It was so simple to make and turned out wonderfully moist with just the right touch of sweetness. It’s sweet enough to give it great flavor without turning the cornbread into dessert. I love homemade cooking, but when something this easy turns out this good, I’m all for it. This is definitely one I’ll keep around for those times when I want delicious cornbread without making it from scratch. Pros: * Super easy to make * Delicious flavor * Moist texture * Just the right touch of sweetness * Great alternative to making cornbread from scratch Cons: * None Overall: Coming from someone who normally makes homemade cornbread, I was seriously impressed. Simple, moist, slightly sweet, and absolutely delicious. Yum! Definitely 5 stars.

Very good
I have to say, Dolly's brownie mix wasn't very good, but this cornbread mix hits the spot! It is sweet and very moist. My family couldn't get enough of it.

Good, but really sweet
I enjoyed these muffins, but they were sweeter than I am used to. Baked up timely with a heavy grainy texture. Made 6 jumbo muffins.

Fantastic and easy to prepare.
This stuff is amazing. Follow the recipe and it'll turn out beautiful and tasty. It is sweet, but it says so right on the box... you don't want sweet cornbread then this isn't the one for you. Dolly rocked it on this one.
