I picked this up for baking, and it works exactly as expected. It sifts flour smoothly and helps break up clumps, which makes a noticeable difference when baking things like cakes or pastries. The crank handle is easy to use and feels more efficient than shaking a traditional sifter. The 3-cup capacity is also convenient—you can sift a good amount at once without constantly refilling. It’s simple, straightforward, and does what it’s supposed to without any issues.

Never used a sifter before, but this is fantastic. Great for sifting icing sugar, flour and sugar.

I have not used product, it arrived out of shape, I guess this is due to the very cheap metal used. It looks fairly flimsy and unsure how long this product Will last. Great idea, but unfortunately the quality is questionable. Really light weight, and little confused about the reviews I read, not what I expected. I cannot comment on performance.

I use fresh milled flour for bread and baking. Sifting is essential for success and this sifter works perfectly.
