How does the Device Sharing feature work? How do I share alarms with my family and friends?

The Device Sharing feature allows you to share your fire safety system with your family using their email addresses, so everyone in your home can receive push alerts, silence alarms, and view history.

Is this the latest version?

Yes, this is the latest version of the base station. With this base station, you can build your home safety network by connecting X-Sense smart devices, such as the XS01-M smoke alarm, XC01-M carbon monoxide alarm, SWS51 water leak sensor, etc.

Does the app show real-time CO levels?

Yes! The app displays real-time CO levels that correspond with the readings on the LCD.

How do I know which smoke alarm is triggered first?

Whether the devices are connected to the base station or not, you can simply press the silence button on any unit to find the initiating alarm. If all alarms are muted, the device you pressed is the source alarm. However, if the device you pressed is muted and another alarm is still sounding, then the sounding one is the source alarm. For devices connected to the app, an icon and “Alarm on” will be shown below the smoke alarm. You can also tap the Locate button in the app to find the initiating alarm; all devices will stop alarming except the initiating alarm.
