Decent holder for the price
This holder holds my badge pretty securely. The velcro definitely keeps it closed and keeps the neck chain secure when wearing it on my belt. Because my badge has a vertical pin, it doesn't go through the grommets inside the holder. Vertical pins will be a bit loose in this holder. I had to "rig" mine a bit to get the badge to stay stable. It's a bit of work getting the chain out when I need to switch over to the neck chain. the holes at the top of the badge holder don't have grommets and they are not much larger than the chain links. Therefore, you have to pull and jiggle the chain a bit to get the chain to come through the holes. Belt clip works well. Seems solid and reasonably durable. Note that the badge holder does not have an indentation that sets the badge flush with the face of the holder. The badge will set out from the holder. I have another holder for my primary badge. This one works fine as a backup.
