Excellent kit and so much more affordable than other brand name kits.

This kit was my salvation. I had a natural birth, so I tore and they had to stitch me. The pain and burning were intense, and the discomfort was horrible. At first, I was afraid to use it because I was afraid it would burn when I applied it. I used these Fresh Sensation products four days after giving birth. In the end, I regretted not doing so at least from the second day on. As soon as I used it, I felt so relieved and relaxed. The moisture-wicking pads helped so much when I applied them with the cold gel. I even used them about three times a day in the first few days, and then only two or one times a day afterward. They come in the exact amount needed for the recovery process, so I still had some left over after the pain passed. The disposable underwear worked well. Personally, I reused them since I washed them daily and they dried very quickly in the open air. I don't think you need more, even if you do smudge some. My only recommendation is to be careful with the amount of spray you apply. At first, it worked really well for me, but then it started to burn when I applied it. But for everything else, it's perfect. I highly recommend this product.

Bought this Grownsy postpartum kit for my wife after a natural birth. It made the first weeks at home easier because the main items were already in one box. The two things she used most were the peri bottle and the perineal healing spray. The angled, upside-down bottle made rinsing simpler and less painful than a regular bottle. The spray was a quick soothe after bathroom trips. She liked the peri bottle enough that she kept using it later to rinse the baby during bath time. Gentle stream, easy to hold with one hand. Ice packs and disposable underwear were helpful in the first days, then used less. Cooling liners are thin extras, not a replacement for regular postpartum pads. Not a complete hospital kit, but the bottle and spray earned their spot. The peri bottle stayed in the bathroom long after recovery.

My granddaughter really appreciated this Postpartum Essentials Kit. She said the peri bottle was much easier to use than the one they gave her in the hospital. It was nice to be able to get most of the items she needed in one kit than to have to order several different items.
