Good Product.
Great quality and an excellent instant water heater. The product was delivered on time, and the installation was completed the very next day. Overall, I am very satisfied with both the product and the prompt installation service.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience with this product. 1) The product box was opened by the installation engineer, and although the packaging clearly mentions that one safety valve is included, it was missing from the box. 2) The product advertisement mentions that installation and flexible pipes are free. However, the pipes supplied with the package are extremely short. If a longer pipe is required, the installation person charges ₹400 per pipe. 3) The plastic cover of the temperature indicator is loosely fitted and falls off frequently, which gives a poor impression of the product quality. Overall, the product and installation experience did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this product.

Happy installation
I have been using the Racold water heater for the past 1 week. No complaints so far. But would be in a position to give feedback only after 6 months, what I was impressed at first was their installation support. Their installation company Sakthi Enterprises did a great installation support. The owner Ms.Valli coordinated with me multiple times and ensured that the water heater was installed properly. After 2 days she also ensured that it works fine. The Installation engineer John nicely installed it in 15-20 minutes. Honestly, I did not expect such professional installation support..This greatly improved my product experience. Thank you.

Intial review about the product just after the purchase
The product seems to be good. But the item was without cables, return value and pipes. No service provided for free installation as stated. Compared to venus and others, seems inferior version as assessed by local plumber. Review submitted just after two days of purchase. Wait for the next review .......
