It freaked me out so I stopped going to the nail salons and just let my nails grow out. Now I rarely go to the salon and just polish my own nails - I also save a ton of money doing this. This base and top coat make my nails as shiny and last as long as gel! Turns out all you need is a high quality strong poshilsh top/finish to protect it from the daily wear and tear. Now when I go to the nail salon (4x year) I just get a regular mani/pedi and I bring my own nail polish and this base/top coat. I'm very happy with this product and highly recommend it. Review: Great - My nails really grew strong and flexible. Before this base coat my nails would just break and were very brittle. I bought a few colors as well. The base and the polish dries really fast, which is a nice feature for a regular polish. I don't need Seche Vite quick dry anymore. And the base also works as a top coat, which I love having one bottle for both. I did start using a PH bond nail prep because the polish would come off without that. But all in all, this is a great base and top coat for growing nails.

Product works
I get compliments on my nails wearing this, it makes my nails so shiny! They thought I had gotten a manicure! It's not extremely long-lasting, but the product produces results. And it has improved my nails, which were horribly weakened by a gel manicure.

The Best
This is the best for strong nails...I've used it for years...and once in awhile I've tried others...but always come back to Lippmann's Hard Rock...im asked a lot where I get my nails done.....they think they are "fake" ....but my nails are natural, long and strong...and I give the credit to Hard Rock

Read the reviews
I normally do read the reviews...this time I did not.. There is a reason this is not returnable. It doesn't feel like a hard rock it feels like a rubber covering. had my hands in water and the covering started peeling away from my nails. This stuff is expensive. I expected more! They obviously don't back their own product or it would be returnable
