This was so much fun to build with my 7 year old son who loves both Harry Potter and cool architecture. The instructions are easy to follow and the quality of the pieces are really top notch. You'd think that with so many pieces at least one of teh tabs or grooves that attach pieces together would bend and break off but no, the build quality here is fantastic. The end product is really cool looking. My son did a great job putting lots of it together but needed my help with the cylindrical towers and fitting the buildings into the base once completed.

Was so easy to build. The instructions are very easy to read and the pieces are all labeled. I absolutely love it! It's a great addition for any Harry Potter fan. I placed the mini HP fungo figures on the castle wall and they look so cute.

The build on this project has been both enjoyable and worthwhile. One note of interest is that parts N02, N04, and N05 serve no function. They supposedly form a connection point between the two projects via the longest walkway between the two islands. If you watch the second video (2:55 minutes, at the 2:28 mark) featuring the linkage of the two sets you will notice that the builder removes this little connection that exactly matches the connection that already exists at the end of the long walkway. You are left with an extra connection. Not sure why, but that ends the build. The illustrations for this project are great but there are no names for any of the buildings so you will know nothing of what you have just constructed unless you already know it, or know someone who does. I'm giving it to someone who does!

I love this puzzle, but some of the pieces didn’t fit well. I also had an issue with a missing piece contacted. The company very difficult to work with Amazon ended up giving me another set. A reputable company should definitely replace a set or the pieces needed. So this to me, reduced the stars. By one Amazon is great for helping out when needed.

I've been wanting a model of the castle for a while. This was a cheap option that seemed like it would be fun to put together. I've done a puzzle like this before, but the pieces were wood. I will say I did like the ease of getting the pieces out of their sheets. There were some spots that were a little tricky to put in because of the cardboard material. I had to use a little bit of tape once because I screwed up one of the pegs (my own fault, not the manufacturing.) it took me a little over 6 hours to do. I enjoyed every bit of putting it together and it looks amazing!

This is a complex 3-D puzzle model, but the directions are very clear, and all of the pieces (large and small) are well marked. The beautiful graphics on the cardboard pieces make the finished model look so real. A beautiful piece for a bookshelf.

This thing is awesome. definitely recommend to any harry potter fans. Be aware though that it is a veryyyy tedious, build process so be prepared. The design is beautiful though.

this product is for our grandsons whom I will meet later.

I bought this for my wife and was horrified when she opened up a set that was clearly already used and defective. Half the pieces had already been taken out and assembled, with loose broken pieces in the packaging. This is unacceptable.
