In my new home I began to feed the backyard squirrels from my hand. Soon they got demanding and aggressive; climbing the main room window screen trying to get in. The original (nylon, fiberglass or something) was no deterrent; I caught that immediately before being ripped to shreds. I bought aluminum screens (can't find steel any more at the stores; all screens used to be steel!). They lasted a while but they eventually gnaw through. After internet search I found this product, thought I'd try it. It's been one month. The furry furries are gnawing and mangling the hell out of it, but so far not one breakthrough! It works - excellent product, strong. Good steel, but it is thinner than you might guess from the picture. If it stops squirrels it will work for any other rodent, if that is what you want it for. Good price too. I plan to buy some more soon.

Very high quality screen! Easy to work with and install! Color is bright steel, and it has substance to it. It has weathered several major storms with no issues. Highly recommend and would buy again.

Bought to enclose our catio. Worked great, was small mesh so cats don’t try to climb it. The only problem was the wind the day we put it up so it has a few spots that are wavy. Not a reflection on your product. Our fur babies love being outside and we know they are safe! Thank you

It’s hard to give a solid review…as I only just used some of this on 2 replacement screens today. We’re hopeful that it’ll keep squirrels out…as we’ve recently had trouble with them chewing our screens and getting into our porch area. The color/look is silver…so a bit lighter in color than our regular screening. It’s a little challenging to handle, so I recommend wearing gloves when handling. A sharp pair of utility scissors or sharp utility knife will work fine to cut excess. I did have some chards of excess on the floor when trimming, so be mindful of that. I’ll give an updated review after a few week or months of use.

This is the good screen. Very well made. Enough to repair several windows. Stands up to the elements way better than the cheap screen. A little more challenging to install, cut and handle but well worth it in the end. I highly reccomend.

Material works great. Will need inexpensive tools to install it in the frame. Birds don’t peck at it like they do with the non-metal material. I suspect the birds use the spun material to make nests.

This screen is strong enough to resist my cats claws. I used the roll to replace 3 screens, 2 windows and a sliding screen door. I had some screen left over and used it in my latest sculpture. One roll of screen. A simple material yet so useful.
