De'Longhi Magnifica Evo Next ECAM312.80.TB
Overall I’m very happy with the De'Longhi Magnifica Evo Next ECAM312.80.T. The coffee quality is excellent and it’s very convenient for everyday use. The machine is easy to operate, the drinks come out consistently good, and it makes fresh coffee quickly without much effort. The automatic cleaning system is also great for maintenance and keeping the machine in good condition. The only real downside for me is the noise level. When it’s grinding beans it’s fairly loud, and the automatic cleaning cycles can start quite suddenly which can make you jump if you’re not expecting it. Aside from that minor annoyance, it’s a great bean-to-cup machine that makes very good coffee and is easy to live with day to day. Overall: excellent coffee and convenience, just a bit noisy at times.

Amazing Coffee, Easy to Use
Wow! After years of using the DeLonghi Dedica machine it had started the leak so I thought about upgrading to a machine that could grind it's own beans. I stuck with DeLonghi as despite the recent leak, it had been used daily for years and had been reliable: the coffee in that machine was acceptable at best. I chose the Magnifica Evo Extra as it sounded easy to use and the thought of freshly ground coffee at the touch of a button was just what I was looking for. I researched coffee beans and was lucky enough to find a proper coffee beans supplier 2 miles from home. It turned up and after watching a few YouTube videos on 'How to' it was set up and the first coffees were being made. I chose Cappuccino XL, Bean level 3. The first thing is the kitchen now smells like a proper coffee shop, love it. Then it made my coffee and I sat down to enjoy it. Well that was the last time I sat down for the next 2 hours. I was like flipping Norbot the demented gnome from Wallace and Grommit - absolutely wired and buzzing. I cleaned my entire kitchen, scrubbed the oven and even cleaned the toaster until it was like new. Baked two cakes, made tea and even offered to clean the car. The car!? Never in 5 years have I done that. I love my new machine, it works great, the coffees are fab and I would highly recommend it. The tweaks are endless to get your perfect cup. I will be setting my Bean Level to 1 from now on...

Good grief
The worst thing money can buy honestly, wouldn't want it even if it was free. I thought my Stilosa was pretty mediocre, but this thing is 4x the price and at least 4x as bad. It has been returned and the Stilosa is back from storage and has been apologised to for the previous slander lol This thing makes a cup of coffee that I have to put in the microwave to get a little temperature to so it doesn't feel like I am panic drinking a coffee I forgot on the side for 30 minutes. Automatic milk FROTH? More like 'automatic small amount of bubbles', I could make the same amount of bubbles manually with a paper straw to blow through. The picture is supposed to be a 'myLatte with silky foam'. There is no foam at all there, under those bubbles you'll find room temp milky coffee. I tried literally everything to make this thing work because it was supposed to be a big splurge birthday gift for myself, so after extensive googling; I did a full descale cycle after just a few cups of coffee that were made from double filtered water, no luck getting temp up or nicer tasting coffee. Tried all the different grind settings and strength settings to get a decent cup, but somehow just ended up with weirdly bitter and somehow also watery coffee, even at the stronger settings? Nowhere near the great balanced coffee the Stilosa makes from the exact same beans. Made sure all the parts were in place fully. The milk frother I tried to get working with a couple different milk options to see if it made any difference, but it all yielded the same result. Also tried to deep clean the milk container to no avail. It also doesn't tell you to refill beans, you just hear the grinder spinning with no resistance and that's how you know you now have to fill the beans and start again. Bottom tray fills up with discard water from inside the machine and doesn't notify you it needs emptying at all. It just overflows so your worktop has a puddle of dirty coffee water stood on it, hidden under the coffee maker, until you notice. But at least it notifies you that the discard grounds needs to be emptied way before it's full, and water refill way before it's empty. The only thing worth one star is that, if it worked, it would be so great to just click a button and get a great cup of coffee or latte without having to babysit the machine by timing the espresso shot and manually frothing milk.

Great first coffee machine, a few flaws but excellent coffee
This is my first automatic coffee machine, and I’m genuinely impressed. The Magnifica Evo Next comes in a complete package: inside I found the water filter, a pH test strip, the measuring spoon for ground coffee, and the steam nozzle. The materials are mostly plastic—solid and well put together, though not exactly premium. I bought it on sale, and for the price, it offers a lot. The coffee tastes great, with a rich flavor and nice crema, and it’s all very easy to make. The control panel is intuitive, and it only takes a few taps to prepare drinks. There are plenty of beverage options, and you can even set up individual profiles, which is handy if everyone at home has different preferences. A big plus for me is the option to use pre-ground coffee instead of beans, perfect for trying different blends or making decaf. The automatic cleaning system works fine, though it’s a bit annoying having to leave a cup under the spout every time the machine turns on or off. As for the downsides, the manual is rather lacking—I had to look online to figure out how to use ground coffee. It’s also quite noisy, something you really notice early in the morning. It seems to use more coffee than I expected, but that’s probably just me being overly enthusiastic in the first week. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase: it brews great coffee, it’s easy to use, and it includes everything you need to get started at a very fair price.

Bean to cup convenience
Box arrived in good time and condition. Inside the cardboard box was another box for the product, which seems overkill. The machine was easy to unpack and set up and there’s some quick instructions to speed things along. I added coffee beans and filled the water container, which is easily accessible from the front of the machine. I powered up the machine which made several noises before issuing hot water to rinse the pipes. The coffee selection buttons light up when the machine is ready to make coffee. The instructions warn you that the first few coffees aren’t drinkable as the machine is optimising itself. The third espresso was much better and very nice. Adding milk to the container allows you to select milk based coffees and it works well. You can get quite a tall cup or glass under the spout which is adjustable. You can also adjust the amount of drink that is dispensed for each type of coffee, optimising each one for the cups you use. I have a large mug and I put in a standard coffee from the options followed by a latte with a good helping of milk. This in effect gives you two shots of coffee. There’s plenty of coffee options I haven’t tried yet and some of them I won’t bother with. Cleaning is very easy, it rinses the pipes when you power on or off automatically. The milk container is easy to clean and there’s a clean button for the milk pipes, which sends waves of hot water through. The grinder unit can be removed and rinsed which is easy to do. After a few weeks of use I can say that this machine is easy to use and makes great coffee. One negative I would say is that you should be able to make steamed milk without having to select the latte option, which could be used to make chocolate or other drinks, but you can’t do that. You can dispense hot water to make tea etc, although I can’t imagine why you would do that. When I first set the machine up I was a bit impatient and was pressing buttons before the machine had finished dispensing the coffee I’d selected. This led to me being confused as to what I was getting, I spoke to the Delonghi help people who was very good and sorted me out in no time. Very happy with the machine and would recommend if you want bean to cup convenience with a very nice coffee result, you won’t be happy with Costa after this!

Great coffee, Lots of variations, Easy to use
We’ve had other bean to cup coffee machines but this blows them out of the water! It’s practically idiot proof, as it guides you what to do. There are many settings and you can bypass the beans and add ground coffee, which is useful if someone wants decaf. As I’m dairy free and my husband isn’t, I bought an additional milk carafe, so that one uses normal milk and mine uses oat milk. Makes very tasty coffee. You can alter the strength to taste. Built in water filter. Great machine!

New user already in love- Magnifica Evo
Well where do I start! I absolutely love it! After spending time researching different models to replace my old bean to cup machine I decided on this and I am so happy so far! Coffee is hot and strong and tasty! It was easy to set up and was making great coffee in about 10 minutes. I haven’t worked out all the features yet but looking forward to experimenting. Initial review though I would highly recommend! Milk is frothed beautifully and as someone who loves strong coffee it’s hitting all my expectations! I do currently have very strong beans which may be a factor but coffee is lovely! Much better than my last machine. Temperature- I haven’t adjusted the setting but the temperature is good I was worried as I’ve seen reviews on lots of models that mention the milk isn’t hot and coffee is not hot but I have not had any issues with this model drinks are hot and keep temperature well in a double walled insulated glass mug (which I bought from Amazon at the same time) Cleaning- milk system is easy to rinse, coffee grounds come out as very dry pucks so are easy to remove and rinse, I haven’t had to do maintenance cleaning yet so can’t comment. Water tank: the feature where you don’t have to pull completely out and can top up using a jug is great. I keep a jug under it when switching on and off so drip tray has not needed emptied or cleaned yet so this is a top tip. Size and appearance: machine is much smaller than my previous machine and fits nicely under the cupboard and is a really nice looking unit- seems well made and components aren’t particularly flimsy. I will try and update this review if I learn anything new but my general comment is this is a relatively cheap model but does not disappoint- I didn’t want to spend a fortune so this was a decent price for an excellent machine and if you love coffee like me I don’t think you will be disappointed!

Highly recommend
Been using mine for over 3 years now. Delicious convenient coffee every time. Stopped working once because I wasn't cleaning its insides well enough, and De'Longhi took it and sent it back for free. It's cheaper now than it used to be too.
