Very good. I've been vegan for years, but recently decided I need to add fish to my diet. I've ordered the Wild Planet Sockeye salmon off and on for years, and decided I needed another type, too. This, and the Tuna with Quinoa are very tasty and just the right size for a meal for me. Sometimes I throw on a tablespoon of salad dressing to give it more moisture.

Came packed perfectly, nice box they came in.😋 I brought these because sometimes I don't feel like eating. I'm diabetic so I have to eat something. I ate all the fruit I had in the house yesterday.🤷 Tried this White Bean Tuna Salad, couldn't believe how good it was.😋 I didn't heat it just ate it out of the can.😁 The can/bowl is nice enough.😀 This White Bean Tuna Salad is really good. I'm sitting here now satisfied that I ate something. And happy that it was good, and healthy.😋👍I'm definitely buying more of these, they have different flavor's. I did see one other flavor by this brand. Going to check for more flavor's or item's. You can take them with u 4 lunch, or just to have with you. I think kid's will like them also. And there not messy. No oil falling all over u.😉 Very good product. This is an excellent product. Convenient grab-n-go lunch. Great flavor. Would love to see more gluten-free options in this line.

Tasty and filling, although a bit oily.

This is pretty good stuff. The nutrition profile is good. Tastes good. A little expensive but I live alone and nutritious food is sometimes a challenge. These are good to have on hand. excellent for summer time.

This mixture of tuna, beans and spices is addictive. I find I crave it so much. Used one can of it the other night w some finely chopped shallots and garlic, threw in some greens and cherry tomatoes over vermicelli w shaved Parmesan, served two of us. My new favorite dish!

If you like beans and tuna, these little bowls make a meal, if you add some saltines with cheese. They are over $4 at Walmart; Amazon has the best price if you buy 12. I've tried all the flavors of these little tuna bowls and this is my favorite. The western bowl, with corn and red beans is second.

I ordered this Wild Planet tuna and white bean salad as it seems reasonably healthy and nutritious, and it does taste pretty good. However I’m disappointed that mine was produced in October of 2023, it’s now June of 2025 so the shelf life remaining is limited, and food storage is one reason I buy items like this. Unfortunately it seems my order was filled with older inventory, so probably won’t buy again. Too bad because it is a good product, just needs to be a bit fresher.
