Good sound quality for size and price
Very good sound for its size. It doesn't seem to get harsh at high volumes. Easy to set up. The remote control on the "renewed" one I ordered didn't work. Fortunately, the seller was very responsive and fair and "made it right". The "display" is quite faint and difficult to see from any distance, but fortunately it isn't necessary very often.

I really like this speaker system
I was leary when our chasing a refurbished system but Amazon, you e proved me wrong! This is a superior system for the price! The system was really easy to install. I'm using Arc with a USB and the sound quality is better than I expected. The subwoofer is deep, the mid range is clear, and the rear speakers are crisp. I'm thinking of purchasing another one for my other Samsung TV; it's just a great value for the quality. Another win for Samsung.

Decent surround sound quality
Decent sound, and good price for this setup. Only issue we've experienced is that every so often, the sound cuts out completely for about 5 seconds, so we can't hear what's going on.

Great surround sound.
I use this soundbar with my outdoor TV setup. My backyard is wide open, with a pool behind the seating area, so I wasn’t expecting much in terms of surround sound. But this soundbar really delivers — the audio feels immersive even without walls to reflect the sound. I also use it for music when entertaining guests, and it actually sounds better than my Bose speaker. I feel like I got a lot of bang for my buck.

power off if no signal 20 min - VERY annoying bug !
From User Manual: "If there is no input signal, the Soundbar SAMSUNG HW-C450/ZA-RB automatically turns off after 20 min If there is no audio signal for 20 minutes.". And this is very wrong, because it happens when TV/DVD content just simply paused !! so every time you pause your TV/DVD/etc. your SOUNDBAR goes to standby (power off) and you have to turn if ON with remote control again. This model does not have the option to disable this feature

Sounded great for a year than, both lights started blinking continue together and the 2 small speakers quit working
