Cheap product, Refund from customer services
The actual product is cheap and poorly made. Not worth the money at all. When I put a two star review about it the company emailed and offered a refund subject to me changing my review to 4/5 stars. I agreed as they seemed to want me to have a positive experience. They have let themselves down by continually emailing to get me to amend the original review.
