Making sourdough easy
There is a lot of nonsense written about sourdough, you must do this, don't do that which makes it sound practically impossible to master. This book is not one of those, Elaine simplifies the process and makes it accessible to all. This book is full of yummy recipes and I highly recommend it

Such unique and delicious recipes
I bought two of her books to give one as a gift to a friend who has a taste for fine exquisite dining. I've made maybe half the recipes in the book so far and none disappoint. Elaine Boddys creations are endless with easy steps. She also is quick to answer any questions you may have from her book as you are baking. She has taken my sourdough to another level with all her tips and yumminess. ♥️

Sourdough made easy
If you're thinking about baking sourdough and you're intimidated, buy this book. Elaine breaks it down, simplifies it and makes it no nonsense baking. Seriously, this is the best book to start with. 15/10 recommend.
