When I bought this bench I never expected much for the money but I was pleasantly surprised. This adjustable weight bench is an unbelievable piece of kit for the money. It is lightweight and sturdy and has an extremely small footprint, taking up very little space in whichever room the buyer uses it in. The padding on the bench is approximately 2.05 cm or 1'' which is enough for its intended use & comparable with other benches in this category. The bench is quick and easy to set up and take down but where it really shines Is in the space it needs once folded up, which is really amazing. This bench would quite easily fit in the bottom of a wardrobe, in a small cupboard or even under a bed, making it usable in almost all circumstances. Obviously the buyer will have to factor in weights or other equipment used with this bench but it's quite easy to use a bench like this for non load bearing exercise. The bench comes into its own with the use of free weights giving the user a number of exercise possibilities, where it falls down though is with the included resistance band, however this can be removed for a better user experience. This bench is perfect for the amateur at home user who wants to stay fit in their own home, has a budget or doesn't want a vast amount of equipment taking up space. If you want a sturdy bench that takes up virtually no space, is easy to put up and take down then buy this, you won't be disappointed

This is a fantastic bench. It is sturdy, comfortable and stable. It doesent take up a lot of room so can be stored easily. Family members and friends have brought this same bench as it is well worth the money.

Very good and easy to settled up

Comes flat packed, easy to install. Great choice for beginners for home environment. Manual adjustment back support, comes with 2 low impact resistance bands, but has the connection points to exchange for stronger separate bought resistance bands. Looks good, firm padding, fairly sturdy and safe. Lightweight, has quick release pull pins for easy storage when not in use.

Very sturdy and durable. A good exercise bench which is adaptable, stable, easily inclined to vary activity etc. Excellent value for money

Looks really good. Feels really good, for the price I feel it's worth every penny. Plenty adjustment and the resistance straps that it comes with are a welcomed addition, very good bench. Highly recommend

Reasonable quality, excellent price,quick delivery. Rubbish assembly instructions. Once I'd worked it out and assembly was completed the bench seems stable enough,easy to adjust angle of backrest,this bench whilst budget priced should do the job I need it for.
