Nature's Eats blanched almond flour
Excellent quality. This Almond flour blended well in the multiple recipes I've used it in. The taste was great. Not too bland or too strong. I've been using it in several no-bake protein bars that I keep on hand for healthy snacking and it's worked very well.

Easy to use, nutritious and yummy
I'm gluten free and vegetarian, I purchased almond flour because it packs the most calories per mass and has protein. I love this flour, I add it to anything from pancakes to smoothies to hummus to these veggie ball snacks I bake in the toaster oven. I love the texture. The flour has stayed fresh for many months.

Great Product Great Price
I'm really enjoying trying new recipes with this flour. It is a large amount for the price and has worked out well so far with everything that I have made. It is not super fine but I wouldn't know the difference because I haven't used any other kind. I plan on purchasing again as I'm already down to maybe 2 cups left if that. I don't get a bad after taste like I have seen in some reviews and also the bag closed just fine for me and has stayed fresh.

Good value, taste, and texture
Almond flour being expensive as it is, this is good value. Already made several batches of cookies. Taste is good, getting the almond/marzipan buzz. Seems a little drier than other brand I've used, just added a tad more water and cookies held their shape. Bakes well, overall very pleased with this.
