Great variety of pieces
Perfect for my purposes: large, thick (2-4 inches) pieces that could be broken apart for various terrarium builds. Decently clean, with 7 pieces in the box.

Pretty, but just a couple thick heavy pieces… Disappointing for a bulk order
Giving a real middle of the road review because I was pretty underwhelmed...but I did still end up using it.So...the cork was fresh. The pieces were nice and springy (not dried out old crap). There was some pretty moss and lichen growing on a few of the pieces. I did like that. It was undeniably pretty cork. I also did not detect any insect activity on the pieces. On more than a few occasions in the past when I have ordered bulk cork from other companies, the shipment came with quite a few spiders hitching a rideWhat irked me was the thickness. The thinnest piece was just over 2" at its thinnest point. This bugs me for a couple reasons. First, is that in order to break them down into smaller pieces, I had to cut them with a saw. I couldn't just snap them. That doesn't seem like such a huge deal… But I want my pieces to look natural, and it just doesn't look as nice to see a straight cut line. I like the thinner pieces that I can snap at their natural break points so all four edges of the piece look natural. Second, is that when you're purchasing something by the pound (I ordered a 7lb box of flats) it's just kind of uncool to open the box and realize that I've received just a couple thick heavy pieces. Obviously, if I am looking to purchase cork in bulk I'm not looking for one or two pieces of cork that weigh several pounds… I need a lot of cork. It's always disappointing when I make purchases like these and end up with a box with just a couple really heavy pieces. The pieces were pretty, but because they chose to send me the heaviest pieces just to get the weight up in the box while giving me the smallest possible amount of usable product, I will not be ordering from this seller again.
