Global Okoban Trackertag Luggage Tracker

Purchased this tag just before going to Hong Kong. With such a strong metal fastening the tag stayed on my suitcase, unlike the other luggage tag which is now floating around somewhere between London and Hong Kong. Knowing how much trouble other family members have had in the past when loosing their suitcase. It’s great to know that this label is now on my suitcase and makes the whole travel experience a lot less stressful.

I didn't have to test the recovery aspect of this tag, as my suitcase arrived, both on my inbound and outbound journey. However the tag managed to survive the trip, unlike my "Tough Tag", so it did the required job, with relatively little visible damage. Plus you can always add the Okoban unique ID to other labels on the same suitcase, for extra assurance.The Okoban service itself seems good and I had no problems registering and uploading a photo of my case (that's a nice touch!). I have every confidence that if my case went AWOL, the Tag + Okoban ID would give the airline everything they need to recover the case. I definitely think this was worth the money, even if just for the Okoban service alone.

Absolute rubbish DO NOT BUY! you can't register this product it simply doesn't work you type in your email and password but it doesn't submit just stays on the page no matter how many times you tap submit. I sent them an email regarding this and guess what no reply. I'm not gonna bother sending it back more hassle than its worth for the price it cost just gonna throw it away. AVOID THESE PEOPLE!

These were for my brother, he has used them on a trip to Cyprus this Christmas, he said that they were just what he had been looking all year, I have told him to log onto Amazon for has future shopping requirements.

The labels are strong plastic and the metal cable to attach to the luggage is strong.Easy to register ur details and u can edit ur profile if u go on another trip with different luggage.Customer services are brilliant and helpful.

This is the second tag I purchased, as I was so impressed by the easy way to navigate their site.fast delivery, I just hope I never have to use them.

goods delivered promptly, but the wire is a bit long so catches in things - can't figure out how to shorten it. Otherwise - I'll find out if I ever have reason to use it. Can't really tell till I lose my luggage - which I hope never happens
