It's a good product. Neatly packed. I've had this product before and can call it very effective. Easy to use. Just soak one or two pieces in a glass of water overnight and consume the water next morning. It's a great value for money.

Makes a nice decoction if you steep 30 minutes
I order this for my formulated tincture for mitral valve prolapse. Studies showed Arjuna could possibly reverse it. The powdered is better for capsules, but I dislike pills. So tried the wood pieces this time & so far I am pretty pleased
