These plasters are amazing. I got a massive heel blister from jogging in a poorly fitting running shoe so bought these to try out. Just brilliant! They stick really well, are comfy to the point of forgetting you have them on and they protect your blisters really well. I could carry on jogging as if I didn’t have a blister. I also got two blisters from wearing wellies and again these plasters made it seem like I didn’t have them at all. Don’t know why some people are having issues with them not sticking. I have worn them for a couple of days and they haven’t even come off in the shower. It’s like you have grown a new thick pad of skin over your heel.

I have been doing a walking challenge over the summer and unfortunately ended up with a water bubble under the ball of my left foot. I didn't want to stop walking but it was really painful. Someone told me about these blister patches and so I tried them out. What can I say.... While my blister was drying out, these did help to prevent any further pain and they helped to cushion that part of my foot, preventing any further friction. I however had to mess around way too long to get the patch to stick properly and after several hours of wear, they decided to stick to my sock aswell. So I didn't keep it on for days as the pack says you can. I soaked my feet and gently pulled it off. Now after trying different brands of blister patches, I am sorry to say that my nearest supermarket brand is actually a lot better to me. So unless this is on a special offer, I won't be buying it again unless absolutely desperate.

My Podiatrist advised i use Compeed Blister Plasters....and these are excellent!!!. Make sure you buy the 'Medium 5 pack'...and not the assorted ones.

I tried this for the first time when I bought new shoes and had to avoid shoe bites. The adhesive didn't really stock well on one side for some reason and kept rolling up. However it did the job and avoided my foot from being blistered because of the new shoe although it didn't avoid the pain and soreness. I think this is a must every time you wear new shoes to protect your feet.
