They are not true to size I had to go up 2 sizes and even now they are still tight but they make your butt look better lol but the quality isn’t the greatest bc the pads constantly fall out!

For men with no butt. I don't see the need for the front to be lined (double fabric). It's already warm enough down there. Soft, smooth pads stay in place.

Runs small. Got for padding while sitting on a bony butt, but the pads are too high on the butt for that too have any effect. Nice shape though. 😄

this works fits nice and very comfortable

I intended to elevate my butt because I never had one. Should have known better. It looked very unnatural and shifted around. I took out the pads and continued to use the underwear. That's why it gets two stars instead of one!

Makes a huge difference. Get a pair of designer jeans.
