I was very surprised but this shelving is made pretty sturdy. No tools to put it together. I do recommend a small block of wood to help when hammering it together. I had to hit pretty hard at times to get the pieces to slide together. One piece I had to bend a little to get it to fit. But it looks great and is NOT WOBBLY at all. The packaging was beat up pretty bad but there was no damage to the shelving. I would buy it again!

You can confidently store bulky items without worrying. Easy snap-together assembly, and holds a decent amount despite being lightweight. Good for everyday items (books, clothes, supplies). It works in garages + indoors for the clean, modern look. Comes with hammer and gloves included (nice extra)

We needed three shelves in total for our garage. We are extremely happy with this purchase. It was extremely easy to put together and it was a nice touch that they included a small hammer to help put it together. It all went together extremely easy. The black metal supports are a flat black, which I liked. They are extremely sturdy and can hold a lot of weight. Our garage is finally more organized thanks to these simple but impressive shelves.

These shelves were fairly easy to put together. The instructions could have been a little clearer. Since they are generic for several types of shelves that the company sells, they got a little confusing over which was which. The beams snapped together easily and sturdily. It was helpful to have a second pair of hands for making the first shelf. The included hammer worked ok, but I had a larger rubber mallet and that worked way better for knocking the beams in securely into the holes. The only actual issue i had was that two of the boards arrived damaged/scratched. Otherwise, the boards are fairly sturdy and they hold plenty of stuff. I like that there aren’t any gaps for things to get stuck on or fall through

These shelves are exactly perfect for helping us organize our basement. They’re simple to assemble and I love that the shelf heights can be adjusted. They are also a great value for what you get. Very sturdy too.

Absolutely awesome. This is so easy to put together and very sturdy. Since everything needs to be tapped in together, it's all tight! The shelves are a good thickness and can be painted but with the propper paint for this type of bare wood. They give you gloves and a small rubber mallet for the assembly and getting that mallet for my tool collection is a plus! Also comes with anchor screws for solid stability.

A lighter weight shelving with thinner boards on shelves but metal frame is good quality and seems very sturdy when assembled. It is perfect for lighter weight storage or great indoors without being too bulky and heavy. I put it together by myself and assembly was very simple. Excellent value!

I found these pretty easy to assemble. A couple of assembly tips: - Make sure the vertical pieces are right side up before attaching and horizontals in even positions. It's a bit harder to get pieces apart once the are secured than it is to put them together. - There is an included small hammer with plastic ends to avoid marring finish. It's a nice touch to include it, but I recommend not using it. It is too light, requiring numerous strikes and hitting a small edge of the shelf support is tedious. Get a piece of 2x4 or similar wood. Place the wood on the edge of a support and give it a sturdy whack with a good heavy hammer... usually one strike is enough. - Double check that both attachments are in the slots before setting with hammer. If an MDF shelf seems to not sit properly, it's likely because one support had one of the studs out of the slot. The MDF wood shelves aren't supper sturdy but seem reasonable for the price. My biggest complaint is that the horizontal supports have slight lips to hold MDF in place (though really unnecessary since the corner pieces alone would be enough). The MDF isn't thick enough to rise above the lips so boxes and stuff can't be slid off the shelf. It's not horrible flaw, but was reason for loss of one star.

Purchased this item for my husband's new storage shed. He was very pleased with this product. It is very sturdy and large enough to hold more things than expected.

Solid, easy to put together and they even included a little mallet. Everything I have bought from Vevor has been great, especially for the price.

After buying (and immediately returning) a £20 shelving unit of the same size, I decided to stop messing about and spend a bit more on this one. Glad I did. Most of the cheaper “heavy duty” units out there are all built the same way — thin pressed metal with little tabs that slot into flimsy cut-outs. I’ve now had hands-on experience with that type and can confirm they are absolutely not heavy duty, whatever the box says. This VEVOR unit is in a different league. The metal is noticeably thicker and heavier, and the assembly method is far superior. Instead of those bendy tabs, it uses round dowels that slot into proper keyways — it feels much more secure and rigid once built. The MDF shelves are 7mm thick rather than the 5mm boards you find on cheaper units. It’s a small difference on paper but it does add stiffness. That said, I’d still have preferred slightly thicker boards for complete peace of mind when loading it up properly. My only real criticism is the lack of a centre support on each shelf. With one added, this would be close to perfect for the size and price. Overall though, this is a genuinely solid shelving unit that feels like it’ll last. If you’re deciding between this and the bargain-basement versions — save yourself the double purchase and just buy this one first.

remarkably decent quality. The shelf board is a little light duty, in fact a couple came with some minor corner damage, but it is just a shelf after all. These will do the job. Shelves don't need to be pretty to hold junk.
