No Assembly Required, Durable, & Great Customer Service
Great quality mailbox that works perfectly and does not leak, even during heavy rain. It has a lot of room for small to medium packages helping postal workers have less steps to the door unless a little larger. We unfortunately lost our keys, but the customer service was excellent. He responded quickly and helped replace the keys fast with no hassle. Very professional and helpful — highly recommend!

Does not last.
Very disappointed. I felt with the price, the quality would be much better. Purchased this in December of 2023. Installed it in January after receiving it. Seemed to work well. Did not last. After about 6 mos the door jammed up and fell apart. I put it back in the track and it does not stay and retract to close any more. Would not buy again.

Not weather resistant!!!
Looks nice and is secure and sturdy. However, the box is not weather proof or even resistant. We live in Southern California and barely get rain, but we’ve had some the last week and all our mail and packages delivered to this box come out soaked. Completely ruined our renewed car registration. We bought in the fall so now we can’t return but we didn’t have rain until now so we had no idea of the problem. Frustrating.
