The product it’s self is brilliant - HOWEVER, do not purchase from Amazon. 3rd time replacement now and all have been faulty - the casing doesn’t work so it won’t extend or retract the product properly. You either can’t get the stick out of it or if it doest extend you can’t then retract it to get the lid back on. Really frustrating. They clearly have a bulk of faulty stock

A cooling smooth application. A push up roll on applicator, making it easy to apply. A good quality product that does deliver what it says. The moisture given is fantastic. My only problem, is that the stick does not last very long. Which is a shame really. As it is a very good product. No allergic reactions experienced as I have sensitive skin around the eyes especially. Indeed reassuring, for further purchases. It would be a good idea to have reusable and refillable containers, although it may be much more pricey.

Doesn’t do anything for dark circles but really hydrating which helps concealer not to settle into fine lines/look cakey.

Pretty good stuff if it was in a fair amount considering it's price. I used it once to twice per day for about 2 weeks (if that) and I brought it away on holiday for if I did my make up and it looked cakey under the eyes to help balance it out. I went to twist it to reveal more of the stick and horror of horrors it wouldn't budge. So there's either a problem with the mechanism or I've paid quite a lot of money for a stick of eye balm that doesn't last longer than a month unless you're expected to stick something in to scoop out the product. I didn't even get to see if it made a difference. Very disappointed, I will only buy this again if it is on offer because I refuse to pay over £30 for something that didn't visibly benefit my under eye area.

Yes it's on the pricey side but this is so soothing. I can't say it's improved my dark under eyes but it does make a great base for corrector or concealer. This goes on clear, it isn't greasy and I haven't noticed a fragrance with this. I like to swipe it on then tap it in. I'd buy this again

I emailed ROC to give them constructive feedback about the mechanism failing halfway through. They pointed me back to Amazon. They were not interested! The product itself if really nice but the stick breaks halfway through. It is a high price for a product you can only use half of. Don’t bother sending feedback directly to ROC. They weren’t interested! Sadly - don’t waste your money or time letting them your feedback I thought ROC would’ve been better. Alas.

The product is fine in itself but the packaging is so faulty I honestly wouldn’t bother. The plastic casing cracked within a month of buying, so it’s difficult to wind back down once you’ve used it. £20 is not a cheap product, but it’s cheaply made and doesn’t do enough to let you put up with the frustration.

J’ai commandé ce produit suite à des très bons retours vu sur les réseaux et en effet, je suis très satisfaite de ce produit : le côté stick est hyper pratique et au niveau des actifs, cela participe vraiment au dégonflement des poches sur les yeux. Le produit est bien gras, agréable à la pose et cela lisse bien les yeux.

J'adore ce produit! Convient aux peaux sensibles. J'en suis à mon deuxième achat. Prépare ma peau très efficacement avant l'application du maquillage. Pénètre rapidement et laisse un fini soyeux. La peau est repulpée. Très agréable. Pas de parfum déplaisant. Je recommande.
