Your ultimate defense against ankle sprains and strains, the PowerStep Dynamic Ankle Support Sock helps you stay active and prevent injury. This compression sock and ankle brace in one can help improve ankle stability during a range of activities from walking to intense athletic competition. Plus, the low-profile design doesn’t compromise the fit or functionality of your shoes, allowing you to move with confidence. Review: As described, follow the manufacturer’s directions - Ordered true to size. Do not order a size up! They will not support nor fit right. Yes, they are compression, know that before you order. FOLLOW the video on how to put on, particularly… you must snug them to your toes before pulling them over your heels. I feel like other reviewers couldn’t follow directions or they are trying to “outsmart” something that is already engineered and figured out. Also know that there is no solid support in these but they do provide support via the silicone cage, the cross straps, and compression. Review: This Product is a Lie - I ordered the XL it says size 13 to 14. I am 12 to 13. My foot could not even get in when fully stretched. My wife size 7 shoe just barley got in the top. This sizing chart is incorrect and would only work for small childeren. If i could give it a 0/5 Stars I would. This product is so misleading for the price they should just shut down and never try again.

Great Support
My physical therapist recommended this sock after an ankle injury. It’s comfortable when worn properly, though you may need to adjust it a bit so it doesn’t feel bulky in the heel of your shoe. I definitely recommend using it during recovery, but only after the swelling has gone down. If your ankle is still swollen, it can feel too tight.

Works like a brace, fits like a sock
Fits very well. Gives great support. My husband broke his ankle and tore ligaments 5 months ago. When he was able to start putting weight on it, this gave him the support and confidence to walk without the brace. He is able to put on his work boots and still be comfortable.

Very very hard to remove
This is better than a lace-up ankle brace for comfort, but is no easier to deal with. Its tight-fitting and without very much give at all, so unlike a sock you can't grip the fabric and just pull it off. The attached straps mean you can't fold it over and peel it off either. Its harder to get off than any compression hose I've ever worn. This is too bad, because it does provide a good bit of comfortable stability to a weak or damaged ankle, but unless I'm able to plan to have help taking it off I don't dare put it on. It is slimmer than a lace-up bracelet, but it still doesn't fit inside any of my shoes except a loose pair of clogs.

Buying again!
Absolute amazing product! I have been in PT for 2 months now for my ankle, swells up badly and after an MRI it showers I had 1 full tare and 1 partial tare at some point of the 3 ligaments that hold your foot to your leg. Putting this on fully 2 weeks pretty much all the time except when sleeping and then putting it on for long days/long walks was a game changer! Even my PT person was surprised. Dr. Arie was the one who recommended I did it (after seeing my mri results etc) and man did it make more progress than 2 months of PT!! I felt balanced, supported and felt no pain! Gray compression, and value for money. Great fit, weight and improved significantly my pain relief. Buying more!!

Too expensive for a single side of sock with strap
Not recommended. Good ankle support and stability but too expensive for a single side of sock with straps. Not easy to putt in and take off, specially if your ankle is injured. Not durable. First day using and got damaged, rubber damaged

Don’t do it
This is not a good product. Do not buy. They are insanely tight. You MIGHT be able to get it on but you’ll never get it off. The weird circle at the heel is so tight it’s painful. It provides support, sure, but not worth it. But a brace from Walgreens.
