Refurbished Product Sold As new
Very disappointing experience with a Samsung device purchased from Amazon as a brand-new product on 18 March 2025. Within less than 10 months, the device started showing multiple issues including Bluetooth problems and major display defects. Eventually, the inner display stopped working completely. When I approached Samsung service, they confirmed that the device was actually first activated in August 2023, which clearly indicates that the product supplied was refurbished or previously used โ not new as advertised. Selling refurbished products as new is misleading and unacceptable. After repeated complaints, Amazon finally agreed to provide a full refund and scheduled a return pickup. However, the assigned carrier initially failed to collect the item despite multiple follow-ups. Later, another person collected the device, but till now no refund has been processed. Despite several follow-ups with Amazon customer care, there has been no proper response or resolution. The entire experience has been extremely frustrating and has seriously affected my trust in both the seller and Amazonโs customer support process. I strongly urge Amazon to investigate such fraudulent sellers and ensure customers are protected from such practices.
