I have one cup of coffee in the am and this is a great French press. The perfect size. The coffee stays warm. There is an inside line for liquid level. There is an arrow on the top of the lid where the opening for the spout is. Very easy to use. Haven’t gotten any coffee grounds in my cup of coffee. Great value for the money. Also got an extra screen which is fabulous. Great product.

I bought this for my husband. He rarely drinks more than one cup of coffee a day, so this little gem is perfect for him. I love the double steel wall construction so the outside of the steel is warm but not ‘burning hot’.I made a mistake & purchased a glass French-press coffee maker a few months back! I always washed it by hand, carefully , to avoid damage. But, the glass began chipping around the rim, then it cracked all the way down.Pretty disappointed.But this French-Press coffee maker is steel & does the ‘job’ beautifully. I’m sure my husband will have plenty of years of use from this product.

We love this smaller French press because it makes great pressed coffee, as it should, but it has small details that are not deal-breakers per se, yet are noticeable, especially in our case because we have another bigger press from Mueller to compare it with. The metal inside is not as smooth and it takes more pressure to push the plunger down than it should; most people wouldn't notice this detail. The spout is also kind of thick and rough and this is definitely a cosmetic item, again not as well finished as our Mueller press, which we bought from Amazon as well. What it does very well is make great coffee for just two people, which is what we were looking for. On top of that, it's very easy to operate and because of its size, we have no wasted coffee after we serve two smaller cups of its contents. All parts fit well and there's no leakage anywhere on the pot, which keeps the coffee hot for quite a long time due to the double walls. Finally, it only takes a couple of minutes to clean it and we're done!

works fine. Very convenient. pour boiling water to the coffee grounds and let it sit while preparing breakfast. Keeps the coffee hot in 20 min. Did not try longer time though.

the holder is plastic and it will melt if you put it on the heater. if they make it with the metal it would be best french press
